Denim Painted Soup Bowl

Crafted by hand, these deep, sturdy soup mugs are designed to bring a rugged, artistic touch to your daily meals. Each piece is hand painted with colored slip giving the surface striking, dynamic texture. The wide basin is perfectly proportioned for hearty servings of stew or a fresh spring soup, while the signature horizontal side handle offers a secure, comforting grip to keep your hands warm.
I hand build each piece from reclaimed clay, then individually glaze it before the final cone 10 reduction firing. I make these in small batches to ensure quality, but as with any handmade piece of art there are variations and each soup bowl is unique and holds 3+ cups. Microwave & dishwasher safe.
